double rabbit hutch.good or bad?

Ive just found a 2 storey rabbit hutch on ebay.it has the sleeping compartment on top then a ramp down to the bottom. Will my japanese quail be ok with this and master the ramp? thanks.

If it's got small strips of wood running across the ramp they shouldn't have too much trouble getting up, although if they do, mix some sawdust with some paint and cover the ramp in it for extra grip.

are they clever enough to work it out?

Mine we're too nosey not to have a peek upstairs try laying some mealworms up the ramp to tempt them

I think it should be fine. I was going to get a house with a run at the bottom with a ramp in between. But then i got offered a cage from somone local to me.
