ita a crime to keep quail like this

on e-bay item 200257411313, quail are on wire /small ,no tiny cage hanging in the air .....this in my opinion is no way to keep quail,all deserve a basic humanity standard no matter how lowly a creature they are!

I think its terrible. have you been to Greece? I have , and thats how they treat all thier animals. Disgusting!!!!!

I agree, which is why i reported it, told embay it is illigal to import eggs into the country, not sure if it is but ebay are to lazy to check generally.

Just a wiff of bad publicity and they usually kick the item off.

I couldnt find the listing that you describe, but then I probably would have been outraged by the sound of it. Hope it means they were booted off ebay. I keep my cpq pair in a cage that is 3 feet long 1 foot high and 1 1/2 half feet deep, and to me, even that's too small! And keeping a ground bird on wire?
