Reference Section

Post by Harrie on Fri Dec 28, 2007 4:20 pm

How about a reference section for the valuable info - like the incubation guide you posted Suz? A feeding guide would be useful - chick crumb to so many wks then gower for so many and when to intro greens and grit etc.

I was thinking about something like that, but wasn't sure the best way to do it, as everyone has there own opinion/way of doing thing that the reference section could end up being just another discussion board.

One of my thought was just copying guides from the quail book, locking the topic, then any follow up discussions can be held in the relevant section of the forum.

What do you think?

Yeh I agree - no posting by other people in it. If they want to discuss any topics in it then they do so elsewhere on the forum and then if any useful info is generated by that discussion then admin could always move it to the ref bit.

Great reference area. What about light hours up to laying age?
