off heat
at what age do people think i should take my bobwhites off heat as they are 4 and a 1/2 weeks olds and there are 3 of them and all theyre feathers have come through the brooder is in my living rooms and the temp of my living rooms is 22' the lowest its been is 20', my dad keeps complaining about the electricity being used so much with the bulbs as japs and CPQ are off heat by about 5 weeks but what do you all suggest?
Re: off heat
my japs were in my office which is 22c most of time ,so took babies off heat @ 4 weeks...now outside @ 5 weeks i think bobs grow slower so adjust maybe, but with a room at 20-22c should be fine still learning about bobs as i have 8 mexican bobs in inccy.9 days to go....
