what a bargain Empty Re: what a bargain

Post by keef Sun Dec 16, 2007 5:08 pm

i have just set the new inc up
i'm not sure if there is something missing.
perhaps those who use an oct 20 might be able to help me.
i have set the cradle up for auto turning.
what i need to know is, is there a tray that goes inside the inc?
i have put the ali dividers in, and it looks to me as if there should be a tray, cus as it looks, the eggs once due could fall into the water reservoir.

do you leave the dividers in during hatching, or take them out?

i won't start this one off for at least another week, cus i am still brooding my last hatch and i have some Japs due out on xmas eve/ xmas day.

any help is welcomed

Yes Keef - there is a black try with a kind of mesh base that the divlders slot into. I take the dividers out and lay the eggs flat to hatch.

you lucky so and so!
those are very good incubators.
if you give hatch it incubators a ring they should be able to sell you an insert tray and you can download instructions for the incubator for free off the Brinsea website.
