Winter haven

Here are some pictures of my winter quarters for the quails, set up yesterday. The children have given up(been turfed out of ) their den/shed and my lovely hubby ran a cable out for a timer light to extend the daylight. Essentials include calor gas heater for me and a comfy chair for brew time! Access to run on grass available when warmer and drier. The 9 girls are happy on the top two layers and the three boys are sulking on the bottom.
