Housing advise plz?

Im wondering what would be best to put underneath my quails in the cage?

I like to use sand, but it not as convenient as wood shavings so I often use wood shaving (stuff for hamsters and other small pets).

just like andoy said ! i use sawdust, if you buy a bail of horse shavings its dust free and really good value for money and clean them once a wk you wont have any problems
