Had a powercut for about 2 hours and the temperature fell to 25 degrees, managed to put a bottle of hot water inside and it rose to about 31. for the last 20 min. can anyone tell me if this has affected my hatch??

Re: powercutt
It will probably depend how far into incubation the eggs are. The embryo's seem to survive better the older they are, you could try candling the eggs looking for signs of life. Fingers crossed they'll be OK.

Re: powercutt
Hi,
I had a power cut about 6-8weeks ago for over 5 hours with eggs at various stages of incubation and still had a pretty good hatch rate. Also had chicks at various ages and by letting the bigger chicks in with the smaller chicks I only lost 3. So I think yours will be ok
