i paird a normal cock with a silver cpq and hatched 8, all are dark like the cock [every one] never done that before , just a bit puzzeld at the out come

Hi,

Normal is dominant over silver, thats why they all came out silver.

When you breed from the chicks, some of their chicks will be silver as they are a carrier of the silver gene.
