Here are some pictures of my new buff orp bantam that hatched last night. 
chick on it's own
chick with mum molly
cannot wait until the weekend as first its half term and more impotantly chicks are due to hatch on sunday(today is day 18)

Was the Light Sussex the broody mum or did you incubate?

hi the sussex was the broody mum.
I have 3 buff bantams and 3 sussex bantams and 5/6 have gone broody this year
