Yoghurt Making.
Has anyone made yoghurt in their incubator?
I was looking on the web, all you need to do is keep the temp between 43-45C.
Easy, think I will try Greek first.
Once you start growing lactobacillus you cant stop.

Re: Yoghurt Making.
I supose you could, but I find it just as easy to make yogurt in a pot of milk with culture inside a another pot of hot water. You want to warm the milk just slightly. I used to put it in the airing cupboard but often got contamination and mold in my culture, so I imagine you might get the same in a less than pristine incy.

waste of electricity
I make mine and either put it in a tupperware style pot )sealed) in the airing cupboard or in a flask.
