eBay Question??

Nothing to do with Quail, but a while back i bought an item on eBay and never recieved it, I emailed the seller twice and phoned but go no reply. So I opened a dispute with paypal and was awarded my money back as he refused to communicate with them aswell. Well anyway today I noticed the cheeky pig has given me a negative feedback saying that HE gave me a full refund and accusing me of being abusive (which is lie's - I would have done if i knew i was dealing with such an a**hole) and sellers should beware!!!

So my question is there anyway I can contact ebay about this *Seller?
And if so what do I do?

Sorry about your bad experiance with an ebay seller.

I think the only way to get the neg taken off is, if you both (Seller and buyer) aggree.
But as I see it, this seller is such a *****, i don't think I would bother with him, and just leave him a nasty follow up, calling him the biggest ******** on the planet.If you post his user name, it will act as a warning to other buyers on this forum. Derek

Yeah just leave a comment after his bad feedback. Don't be rude or use bad language just state the facts. Was the refund actually from paypal or was it taken from him?

My email from Paypal said the my refund had been awarded because the they had no communication from the seller - It wasn't an expensive item just a £7 pair of pumps for my 4year old, I waited 4 weeks before I even opened the dispute, in case the seller had been affected by the flooding down south and was trying to catch up with his orders.

This is the seller have a look at the feedback he's been giving his customers recently - The D******!!!!!!

I'm - spatrick658 - I responded to his comments last night before posting on here, but its ridiculous that eBay hasn't set up something to protect decent eBayer feedback from the spiteful petty eBayers!!!!
