Jen made a Pear tart this afternoon and for the first time used quail eggs as we have lots kicking about at the moment and it tasted fantastic, We also used a conversion rate of 4 to 1 bounce tasted great with clotted cream, and come to think of it the pastery was made with the last of the butter i made 3 or 4 weeks ago.

Deffinatly home made

I often have 2 poached aggs on toast in the morning and generally i drop a couple of poached Quail eggs on top just to freak the kids out, they wont eat them...... well not if we tell them but they seemed to clear the pear tarte Shocked
