just been doing some reading on quail and stumbled upon this:

it says about eating raw quail eggs 30 minutes before breakfast for 25,31 and 45 days (120 total, etc)
you should have a look it sounds interesting

That's a great link Keelan - I've booked marked it so I can have a proper read when I've got time.

I have a smoothie for brekkie now and then and alway pop a raw hen's egg in. Perhaps I'll try a few quail eggs next time.
