I thought about doing partridge and seeing if i coudl let them loose in the field behind us. Let me know how you get on.

I have ordered some jumbo quail eggs from these guys and they seem pretty good. not sure if they do Partridge but might be worth the question.

I reared about 1000 red legged partridge this year from 8 week olds. A friend of mine had all his laying pens out and big scale rearing and incubators and finished with 90,000 red legs. Very Happy

Wrong sort of time to ask for red leg eggs, the time to start asking is mid march.
