Eating Eggs
I'm sure I've seen this question before, but can't seem to find it...
How long can you leave an egg before eating? When do they go "off"?

Re: Eating Eggs
Hi Claire,
You can treat quail eggs just the same as chicken eggs.
You can eat them fresh, or leave them about 5 days before you boil them, before this they are very difficult to peel.
Your eggs will be fine if stored in the fridge for 2 weeks.
Derek.
