help on chicks

so this week i just got seven chicks to hatch(CPQ) and they're a couple days old now.
i know it's really hard to sex them this early, but is there any way..at all? im afraid that they're all males, and ive heard that they're quite vicious with one another. does that mean ill have to keep them in separate cages?

and ive also read on the forums that females go..bald? do they become that way cuz of the males pecking at them?

and if i have chicks that are golden, blackish reddish, and a bit slate-ish looking, will they stay that color, or will they molt into an uglier color(i dont think they'll be ugly, but i mean, the chicks are already so cute and pretty!)?

and when do you need to make a boink pad?

i personally think that it's impossible to sex CPQ at such an early age.
if they do all turn out to be male, they should be ok to keep together
i have a few males all together, and they get on fine.
as for the "boink poofing" i would reccommend about 3 weeks of age, which by the way you'll be able to sex them by then.
