how to people house them and how many to a cage
for japs the legal minimum cage size per bird is 160cm²

so what about cpqs

I doubt there is one specifically for CPQ, there's only one for japs as they're kept as battery birds.
CPQ are prob the same as other small aviary birds. Not sure where you'd find it out.
