Baby Bob's now 14 weeks

As the title says, my baby Bobwhites are now so I decided to re-sex them (tried @ 10wks) and was very impressed with myself only mis-sexed 2 last time. I've got 12 females, 5 males (normal), 1 male (dark), 1 it (dark). They've now been transferred into a pen in the shed to be aclimatised ready for their move to there new house in the next few week.

When do Bobwhites become sexually mature and start laying?
